Arturel was running four stores. Product data, content and day-to-day updates had more places to drift apart.
We brought the operation into one Shopify store, using Markets for local selling and metafields and metaobjects for structured content.
The useful change is what happens after launch: the team has one foundation to maintain, rather than repeating the work across separate stores.
